JISAS collects account, submission, correspondence and review information needed to operate the journal-management system and publish scholarly work. Access is limited by role to editorial staff, assigned reviewers and service providers supporting the platform. Reviewer identities and manuscript files are handled confidentially within the review workflow.

Contact-form information is used to respond to the enquiry. Do not submit sensitive personal data through the contact form unless necessary. Users may request access, correction or deletion of personal data where compatible with legal, contractual and scholarly-record obligations by emailing info@jisasci.com.

This notice will be expanded with verified retention periods, cookie details, international-transfer information and the applicable data-controller contact before the journal makes specific regulatory claims.
