Responsibilities and independence

The publisher supports platform operation, production, dissemination and administration. The Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board oversee editorial assessment, peer review and decisions. Editorial decisions are based solely on scholarly merit, originality, methodological quality, relevance and ethical integrity; commercial considerations, fees, nationality, affiliation and personal relationships must not influence them.

Complaints and escalation
